The application may be picked up in person at PMHA office, located at 176 Rustic Drive, Circleville, Ohio 43113 Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Williamsport Terrace has preferences for: No Preferences. Preferences are not required but Project-Based applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
