Victory Gardens, Homeless Veterans Housing Development Project-Based Waiting List is Closed as of June 2024. The waiting list was last open in September 2022 and remains closed.

The Housing Authority of the County of San Joaquin (HACSJ) Homeless Veterans Housing Development waiting list for apartments at Victory Gardens is closed.

The HACSJ last accepted applications for this waiting list from September 6, 2022, until September 16, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: This waiting list was for "designated for homeless Veterans".

There were four ways to apply during the opening period: 

1. Complete the online application.
2. Pick up the application from the HACJS.
3. Call the HACJS.
4. Send an email to the HACSJ.

Once the application was completed, it was either:

1. Postmarked by September 16, 2022, and mailed to the HACSJ.
2. Dropped off at the HACSJ.
3. Emailed to the HACSJ.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery.
