The Southern Pines Housing Authority (SPHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The SPHA offers one Public Housing community with 101 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the SPHA on the second and third Tuesday of the month, between the hours of 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm, to submit an application in person.
