This waiting list is for Other Senior and Disabled rental housing assistance in King County, Washington.

The King County Housing Authority (KCHA) ilast accepted Senior (62+)/Disabled Subsidized Housing waiting list applications from the earliest confirmed date of September, 2018, until December 15, 2023. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

There were two ways to apply while the waiting list was open:

  1. Complete the online application.
  2. Print the paper application. Select the "printable copy of the subsidized housing application" link in the first paragraph.

Once the paper application was completed it was to be mailed or hand delivered to one of the property management offices, or to the King County Housing Authority.

This waiting list had the following preferences: Extremely low income, homeless, substandard housing, displaced by government action, displaced by natural disaster, victim of domestic violence, and rent burdened.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list.
