The East Tawas Housing Commission (ETHC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled individuals.Please note: The ETHC does not offer a Public Housing program for families.The ETHC offers one Public Housing community with 41 units for senior/disabled individuals.There are two ways to apply:

  1. Visit the ETHC to pick up a pre-application, located at 304 W. Bay Street, East Tawas, MI 48730, during normal office hours.
  2. Download the pre-application online here, then print and complete.
