The Albion Housing Commission (AHC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The AHC offers one Public Housing community with 218 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.There are two ways to apply:

  1. Visit the AHC to pick up a pre-application, located at 1300 Cooper St., Albion, MI 49224, during normal office hours.
  2. Download the online pre-application here, then print and complete.
Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed to PO Box 630, Albion, MI 49224, or hand delivered to the office address listed above.Be sure to include copies of these documents with your application: Birth certificates, Social Security Cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The AHC has listed the following preferences: Families with children, senior, disabled, and veterans.For more information, visit the AHC website, or call the office at (517) 629-2511 during normal office hours.
